As you engage with this exercise, you may notice a softening in your heart, a quieting of your mind, and a deepening connection to the divine presence within you. **Step-by-Step Instructions:** 1. **Find Your Sacred Space** - Settle into a comfortable seated position, either in a chair with your feet flat on the floor or on cushions. Support your back if needed. Place your hands gently on your lap or over your heart. Close your eyes or soften your gaze downward. 2. **Observe Your Natural Rhythm** - For the first minute, simply notice your breath as it is, without trying to change it. Observe the gentle rise and fall of your chest and belly. There's no right or wrong way—just awareness. 3. **Deepen with Intention** - Begin to slowly deepen your breath. Inhale gently through your nose for a count of four, feeling your belly expand like a soft balloon. Hold for a moment at the top. 4. **Release and Renew** - Exhale slowly through your nose or mouth for a count of six, releasing any tension, worry, or heaviness.
